Rector Of ITB Visited ITB Archive Depot

SUMEDANG, bai.itb.ac.id – Rector of ITB, along with Vice-Rector for University Resources and University Secretary paid a visit to ITB Archive Depot at ITB Jatinangor Campus on Tuesday, September 15th, 2020. The visit was welcomed by the Head of Administrative Affairs and Information Bureau, Usep Mulyana, S.Sos., M.AP., with the Head Division of Administrative Affairs and Information Bureau.

During the visit, he conveyed the importance of archive management at ITB and the need for adequate archive space to store inactive archive documents whose retention period has not yet expired. The ITB Archive Depot has stored the archives of the Administrative Affairs and Information Bureau, the Graduate School, and several other archives from other work units.
