Directorate of Administrative Affairs Leads The Implementation Monitoring of PPPID meetings For Academic Work Units and Supporting Work Units

BANDUNG, ditau.itb.ac.id – The Directorate of Administrative Affairs (DITAU) leads the monitoring meeting of Information Management and Documentation Officers (PPID) in the Academic Work Units (UKA) and the Supporting Work Units (UKP). The monitoring meeting was held on Thursday, November 15th, 2018, in Rapim A Meeting Room, CCAR Building 1st Floor, ITB. This monitoring meeting was attended by 47 representatives from each Academic Work Units (UKA) and Supporting Work Units (UKP) in ITB.

This monitoring meeting is a coordination meeting between all divisions of the Information System in each Faculty and School and Works unit in ITB. This meeting was opened by expressing appreciation of the performance of the information system divisions in all work units over the past year. ITB has just received the Public Information Openness award. This is certainly cannot be separated from the hard work of all divisions of the information system in all work units that have made good efforts in providing information to the public.

This coordination meeting also aims to maintain the partnership between PPID ITB and the Information System Divisions of all work units. The coordination meeting also formulated a work plan that is going to be implemented in the future thus each work unit always provides the appropriate public information services. The coordination meeting also discussed the role of Information Systems to support Public Information Openness in ITB.

Furthermore, the coordination meeting also discussed the follow-up of public information in each unit. Each faculty/school and work unit are asked to classify information into two categories: the Public Information List (DIP) and the Excluded Information List (DIK). PPID ITB also asks all work units to put PPID icons on each website so the website visitors can access ITB public information the PPID website.
