Universitas Padjajaran Students Visit to ITB
BANDUNG, ditau.itb.ac.id – On Tuesday, October 29th, 2019, Archive of ITB under the Head of Sub-Directorate of Administrative Affairs of ITB received a second visit from Faculty of Communication Science of Universitas Padjajaran students majoring in History related to Information System of Archive of ITB at the Vice-Rector for Research, Innovation, and Partnership Meeting Room on 5th floor. The main purpose of this visit was to learn about the archive system in ITB.
Sandi Ruswandi S.T., M.M., as the Head of Sub-Division of Administrative and Archive of Directorate of Administrative Affairs, explained about the Information System Development of Archive that is currently being developed together with a team from Directorate of Information Systems and Technology of ITB following the rules of Official Scripts, Archive Classification Patterns, Archive Retention Schedules (JRA), Archive Classification Access that already exists, hence can be implemented by work units at ITB in the future.
