BENCHMARKING STUDY OF UNIVERSITAS NEGERI MALANG

BANDUNG, bai.itb.ac.id – Administrative Affairs and Information Bureau together with the Communication and Public Relations Bureau welcomed Benchmarking Study of Universitas Negeri Malang to PPID ITB which was led by the Head of Administrative Affairs and Information Bureau and the Secretary of PPID ITB, Usep Mulyana, S.Sos., M.AP. at Rapim B, CCAR ITB Building. During the Benchmarking Study, Universitas Negeri Malang was led by Vice Rector IV, Prof. Dr. Ibrahim Bafadal, M.Pd., and Head of PPID Universitas Negeri Malang along with a team. The purpose of the Benchmarking Study from Universitas Negeri Malang to ITB was to obtain any kinds of information, experiences, and innovations from PPID ITB about the improvement of management performances in Information Management and Documentation Officers (PPID), thus won the Informative Predicate.

An extraordinary achievement when previously Informative, but during the 2020 COVID-19 pandemic, ITB's predicate dropped to Towards Informative, and in 2021, ITB became Informative once again with calculated point 96.10. The Benchmarking Study was held on Friday, November 26, 2021, in Rapim B meeting room, CCAR ITB Building.

Universitas Negeri Malang brought along 30 participants from the leadership and education staffs. The Benchmarking Study was divided into 4 (four) groups of fields separately, there are Public Relations, Agency for University Endowment Fund and Business Management, PPID, Partnership, and International Relations.
