Adjustment of Integrated Services at ITB Information Center (IC) Ahead of Nyepi and Eid al-Fitr 2025 Holidays

- Circular of the Vice Chancellor for Human Resources Number 3262/IT1.B05ATU.09/2024 dated December 30, 2024 concerning National Holidays and Joint Leave in 2025 based on the Joint Decree of the Minister of Religion, Minister of Manpower, and Minister of Empowerment of State Apparatus and Bureaucratic Reform of the Republic of Indonesia.
- Circular Letter of the Deputy Chancellor for Human Resources Number 568/IT1.B05/TU.09 dated March 17, 2025 concerning Adjustments to the Implementation of Employee Duties in ITB Environment during the National Holiday and Joint Leave for the Holy Day of Nyepi, Saka New Year 1947 and Eid al-Fitr 1446 H.
We hereby inform you that the Integrated Services at the Information Center (IC) of the Bandung Institute of Technology will experience the following adjustments:
- Offline service adjustments (direct/face-to-face): Offline services will not operate from March 24 to April 7, 2025.
- Adjustment of online services: Online services via the WhatsApp application will remain operational from March 24 to 27, 2025 and April 8 to 10, 2025.
- Normal Service Resumption: Offline and online services will resume normal operations on April 11, 2025.
